“Hi Jenny from snowmageddon Ontario. I made your new oatmeal muffin recipe last evening as the snow was falling. We love them so much I made a double batch (12) this morning. I added orange zest and raisens. A delicious snack in between shovelling, snowblowing and country skiing. Thanks for this 6 muffin recipe. “I tried your recipe. The cookies turned out great, not too sweet. I added walnuts to them for a healthier punch to them. I tried your instructions first and they came out more like a ball instead of a bit more flat like a cookie. So on my second batch I flatten them with the bottom of a glass. I dipped the bottom of the glass in water so the batter wouldn’t stick. They came out fantastic.“
