I credit green tea with my continuing good health. But there is a right and wrong way to make it if you want the most health benefits.

Hi Jenny!
I was wondering if “green tea and mint” available in some grocery stores contain the same health benefits than usual green tea?
Green tea has its benefits even when combined with another flavor or another tea. Assuming this is still loose tea and not a ready made bottled tea, I believe all the benefits will still be there. And by the way, mint is good for digestion.
