This Really Works

How To Line A Square Pan With Parchment PaperA few people shared this concept of lining a square pan with parchment paper by crumpling up the paper into a ball and then pressing it into the pan. I was a little skeptical but decided to try it and and it really works. I always struggled with lining my square pan for granola bars, which I make almost weekly, because you pressed one side down and the other one pulled away. This way is much easier. I don’t know why… it just works. – Jenny Jones

Hi Jenny, I’m trying this recipe for the first time, but the amount of water you indicated was not enough, I had to add approximately a quarter of a cup more to the dough. I’m wondering why? Did I do something wrong?

Are you going to cook those clips too?
I mean, can they stay on there during cooking?

Yes, they stay in the oven. They are metal.

Just wanted you to know your Pasczki recipe was AMAZING! These donuts turned out light, fluffy and because you and I have similar preferences for the filling, I tried your custard filling recipe. My husband said they were perfect. Thank you Jenny for your step by step video. I tried a Danish donut recipe that turned out to be a flop. It’s very difficult to find rapid rise yeast. Wal-Mart used to carry all my baking needs, but since COVID-19, NOT anymore. I was happily surprised when hubby bought it at another grocery store albeit more expensive.
Keep up the good work! I love to bake and cook like you, and most of my cooking and baking is from scratch. But I am always willing to try something new. Thanks again, Jenny.

My book was never available as an e-book. Can you please say from whom you placed the order so we can make sure it’s not a scam? Thank you.

Now this is an idea I can work with, thanks for the tip.
I’m going to give it a try this weekend.

If you wet the parchment paper first, it’s even easier. I do this all the time.

Smacking myself on the forehead. Why didn’t I ever think of this? Thank you, Jenny!

Wow, that’s a cool idea, plus it keeps it from rolling back up on itself as well. That’s my biggest problem, is keeping it from rolling up.
