“Good morning Ms. Jenny! I made your FLOUR TORTILLAS recipe and I have to say it has NEVER failed me. I’ve made them so many times now and every time with tasty results. You have such a wonderful and simple recipe for these flour tortillas. The changes I made was to make them a bit smaller and I cooked them just a little bit longer. They came out so good, so soft and on the fluffy side….yummy indeed! For our dinner I made us some turkey and potato tacos with a side of rice. A simple and tasty dinner with homemade tortillas. I had enough tortillas leftover over from dinner that we had them for breakfast the next morning. I made a couple of scrambled egg tacos for hubby and myself. My first loaf didnt turn out but I’m gonna have to blame it on being distracted by 3 yr old kitchen helper and adding too much water. My 2nd loaf was beautiful and yum. Dough a little dry but I did not aerate Bread was dense but like I said yum. Will continue to try minor adjustments till I get to how I like. Again thanks.”
