NAZ ADAPTED MY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD INTO OAT BRAN BREAD
“Hi Jenny, Just wanna say thank you for your amazing bread recipes, due to my diet I cannot eat white bread, however I use whole wheat flour, oat bran and vital wheat gluten. I just baked amazing loaf only with 1/2 cup oat bran , 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1/4 cup viral wheat gluten. Of course I halved rest of the ingredients too. This is one of the best oat bread that I have ever tried. Thank you for being such an inspiration. With love , Naz.”
