Show some love to the pork tenderloin! It’s one of the leanest (and cheapest) meats around and it cooks really quickly. It’s always tender as long as you don’t overcook it, so a meat thermometer is very useful here. My marinated pork tenderloin comes out so tender and flavorful and this easy recipe takes very little work. Everything cooks in the oven at the same time… in 30 minutes! I love all-in-one meals and besides the good-eatin’ combo of spiced up pork and roasted veggies, the leftover pork slices up into some awesome sandwiches!Ā – Jenny Jones

Jenny, just so you know know I made your Pork Tenderloin Dinner and it was off the chain. Will be taking leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I sent you a photo of how it turned out. Iām no Pro like you but I have to say my first time making this. It turned out okay. I want to make it again. It was just that good and so tender. š
I want to make this so bad and I will Monday. I wish I got home early enough to cook it as soon as I saw it but I don’t get home until around10pm because they have me working 12pm-9pm shifts for 2 weeks…ughhh!…
I will get what I need over the weekend and I will be sure to let you know how it turns out. It just looks so healthy and delicious. I can almost taste it just looking at it…lol… š
