Everybody loves getting my homemade caramel corn for Christmas but this batch is for me. Why shouldn’t I give myself a Christmas present? It’s not like I would eat it all in one day! I could. But I won’t. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. ?

Making these has become a ritual in my home when my teenager has his friends over to practice their instruments (he plays bass in a band) & I must admit the caramel corn never makes it’s way into the storage container from being cooled on the waxed paper we all love them so much ?
