Hi Jenny! I was wondering, are going to publish a cookbook. I love your recipes and have made over 20 of your recipes. My family adores them too! I have been in quarantine with my 38yr old Down’s syndrome daughter, and our tiny dog.
I think I watched every recipe.
At first I did not realize it was you, my talk show friend from years ago
I was a faithful viewer.
My husband of 32 years passed away 8 years ago. I do not use social media. So to say I have been very antisocial is an understatement.

I really like your whole wheat bread …during this time yeast is hard to get …some of the yeast needs to be added to hot water or hot milk ..your recipe calls to add dry yeast in pot… how if I took 14 cup of hot milk 120%and add the yeast to it with sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes or bubbly then add it to flour then add the remaining hot milk to the bowl would that still work for a nice rise
You can do that but you don’t have to. With my recipes, you just add the yeast to the dry ingredients and proceed.
I found the answer in another person comment it will work this way I can test my old yeast ….this 90 minutes bread is amazing there is no buying bread for me ..my husband just loves it every second or third day I am making it ..I also made the hamburger buns and hot dog bun excellent ..so happy to find your web site video …thank you so much !! With the overnight/cool water method, must I let the dough rise, covered, about 3 hours, then use flour and scraper to form into a ball before letting it sit covered on the counter overnight? This is all clearly specified for the hot water method, but I can’t find instructions anywhere regarding that requirement for the cool water/overnight method – nor for the lack of that requirement. Thanks!

I would like to spend a day cooking your 2hr fastest no knead bread. I’ve made several and just love it! I get excited each time it comes out of the oven. My question is if I bake one bread do I have to wait each time for the oven to be cold to bake my next bread?

no just make sure the oven is the correct temp. Jen was just saving you time in the recipe by getting you to start the oven before you needed it.
Have you ver tried to remove moisture from shredded potatoes by using a salad spinner?
What oven gloves do you recommend. Especially seeing that you are comfortably pulling out a hot dutch oven.
