I made chicken cutlets tonight with Greek lemon potatoes. How much do you love Greek food? My stepmom is Greek and I grew up loving this healthy recipe. Greeks use lots of olive oil, oregano, and lemons. So these potatoes are roasted in lemon juice and chicken stock with onion, garlic, and spices… and heart-healthy olive oil of course. These tender potatoes are so lemony and delicious my mouth is still watering. I took this quick snap shot tonight. Click here for the recipe. – Jenny Jones

Kind of a different way to make potatoes but sounds good. I haven’t tried much Greek food but one of my sister’s husband’s family is Greek. His grandmother was Greek and I’ve had Tabouli before and I liked it. I know you have a recipe for Tabouli in you cookbook I want to make that as well. I love making your recipes when I have time. I don’t see how you enjoyed cooking having a talkshow too. I know you cooked ahead for the week but it’s not the same as it is now I’m sure…
Cant wait for the recipe
