I found a way to make my crispy focaccia even more crispy. I make it in advance, let it cool, cut it into six wedges, and freeze. When Iām ready, which is almost every day š, I place the wedges directly on my toaster oven rack at 325° F for about 10-12 minutes and they come out super crispy. And they stay crispy longer than when served right after baking. If you like all things crispy as much as I do, try it. Hereās the recipe: https://www.jennycancook.com/recipes/easy-crispy-focaccia/
I know I havenāt been around lately but we are still moving! Yes, still moving. I didnāt know we had that much stuff! (most of itās not mine š) Iāll try to post some new recipes very soon.
I WATCHED JEN CAN COOK (NOT YOUTUBE) AND IT STREAM AUTOMATICALLY WITH NO LENGHLY COMERCIALLS ā¦WHERE IS THAT SITE NOW ? NOW THEY GO TO YOUTUBE FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES BETWEEN EACH RECIPE ā¦HELP ! ! HERBIE
Looks delicious!
I had to check for the date of your āmoving postā. May 30, 2021. Funny. I hope all is well and Iām sure you are enjoying what you called your ādream kitchenā. Thanks for sharing with us.
I just found you on YouTube, I like your recipes because you make it easy. I donāt have the patience to let dough rise 4 times, and then wait over a day before I can bake it. Your recipes are always simple and effective, and thatās what I like, and you are quite the comedian (as I also found evidence of this on YouTube). Please keep it up, the videos, the recipes, and the humor. God bless you.
Hi Jenny! šø
What a good idea, just pull from freezer, toast and wait a bit, then eat.
I also like my focaccia crispy, thank you for the idea.
Iāve made this recipe using different veggies, always great tasting!
Still moving?!! Yikes!!
Good luck on sorting out items and deciding what to take with you.
No rush on posting, moving is much more important.
You do have loads of wonderful recipes for us to choose from until you come back. š
Butā¦..I will be happy when new recipes are posted!
Good luck to you & Denis!
