By popular demand, here are my top ten foods for beautiful skin. I’m often complimented on my skin and people always ask what creams I use but I believe my glowing skin is more a result of a healthy diet. Besides eating an overall healthy diet, using sunscreen, never smoking, and good skincare (I do my own facials at home), knowing what to eat for beautiful skin can make a difference.

Since I’ve been following your blog, I’ve tried to integrate all your advice in my everyday life. Before I felt really concerned about my weight, and erased fat (especially oil) from my diet. Well, now, you convinced me to cook again with it! Even better, I eat sardines at least once a week (but sometimes one can is too much for my meal, so I leave it for another day), try to regularly have blueberries for breakfast, any kinds of orange fruits and veggies, nuts, different sorts of dry beans, and I drink green tea everyday. (: I feel way healthier!
