Pickles… Sweet!

As promised, here is the recipe for my Sweet 3-Hour Pickles.

I know I said the dill pickles were my favorite but now I think I like these better. They really are ready to eat in three hours but you can keep them a lot longer than that.

I’ve always loved pickles and sauerkraut and now I know they are good for you… As long as you don’t put them on a bacon burger!

    JJ,
Everytime I hear the word pickles, I can’t help but think of the famous words of a traveling salesman, “Go home, give the wife a pickle tickle, and be back out on the road!!” 🙂 🙂

But on a more serious note, these recipes sound great! I love sweet pickles in my tuna and dill on just about everything…Oh! except PBJ sandwiches 🙁

I’ll have to try making these as well. I like sweet pickles too, but the dill pickle is my favorite and if these are your favorite from dill then it must be good 😉
When we were younger we loved franks and kraut. I don’t care too much for the franks now, but I will add ham or polish sausage to kraut and it’s just as tasty…
Jenny, if these turned our so delicious why not try making your own sauerkraut. It may take more than 3 hours but at least it’s yours and not store bought. I bet you could figure out the perfect recipe 🙂
