Good day to you Jenny. When covid came out our lives were changed forever. Shelves in the grocery stores were going empty fast. We got the idea of baking breads. Other websites were ok. However just this morning we found your wheat bread recipe. I followed the recipe to the letter till I found out we had no milk in the fridge. I took a can of milk measured 1/2 cup milk and added water to measure one cup. . Warmed and proceeded. Your recipe is the best. They say that tasting is the best way of knowing how things come out.
