Jenny Can Cook Paczki Recipe

It’s paczki again! I’ve never seen paczki done this way and I love Boston cream pie. The idea for “Boston Creme Donuts” came from Erika last month, who said she made them for her husband’s birthday.  I am so trying this! Thank you, Erika.

p.s. I’ve been super busy and have not posted any new recipes but I will soon. I’m working on a couple of new ones and just need time to fine tune them and take the photos.

    Dear Ms. Jones,
    This is from Jamaica…
I grew up in a hotel (we are born the same year, BTW..), where I cooked my 1st pot of soup and burnt my hand at four.
After an also eventful life, went into the smoked marlin biz in the ’90’s, prior to cutting local agates for a living at a home workshop
I really like your “Jenny can cook” show / channel, its so “friendly and homey.
I do hope you start posting on Utube soon again … we 70-yr olds gotta make our mark (again) …the last, perhaps of many previous.
I did not know you had such an eventful past life. Being born in Bethlehem has helped the careers of one memorable bread-breaker !
    Stay healthy.
    Sincerely, tony from Jamaica.

Hi Jenny I was wondering if you could let me know where you purchased the different coloured mats that you use to do your work on in your videos. They look like lightweight silicone but I’m not sure what they are made of. I would like to purchase a few but I’m having trouble finding them that large. I’m in Toronto, and was wondering if you could advise where I might find them. Thanks
