GUY (from Illinois) MADE MY 2-HOUR NO KNEAD BREAD

BETH (from Canada) MADE MY CINNAMON ROLLS
“A staple in my house, never fails and always delicious….I often add grains to it with the same results. Thank you so much for your great recipes! These cinnamon rolls were perfect for another foggy wet day here in Ontario. I have made these numerous times but today I rolled them on the long side and too tightly. 🤷 A few “outies” as my sister says, but they are delicious and a perfect ratio of ingredients. Schmeckt gut!! ~ Beth.” (Jan. 27)
– I’ve baked a few outies myself but they taste just as yummy and delicious. 😋 Thank you for your photo. – jenny

DAWN (from Vancouver) MADE MY QUICK & EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE
“Hi Jenny, Happy to report your easy chocolate cake works beautifully in a Bundt pan. Which was good news because I don’t know where my round cake pan is right now. 🙂 I greased and floured the pan first, baked for 30 min and cooled it in the pan for 10 minutes. It flipped right out onto the board in good shape. My frosting turned into a glaze because I used Oatmilk which is syrupy, but all in all super delicious and hit the spot! Thanks for the great recipe! ~ Dawn from Vancouver.” (Jan. 9)
– This is great information for everyone. Bundt pans make a great presentation and now we know it works with this cake. Thank you for sharing the details and photos. – jenny
DALILA MADE MY SIMPLE BROILED SALMON
“Hi Jenny! 🌺 I made your Simple Broiled Salmon for dinner. I actually made 4 pieces so that I could have some leftovers. Guess what, they ate them all!! The salmon came out so tasty! I added sliced lemons to them for an extra lemony flavor. I paired my salmon with a small side salad. A delicious and filling dinner. Here’s to a heathy and delicious start in 2024, thank you! Happy cooking! 👩🍳 Dalila.” (Jan. 7)
